4. Platform Rules

  • No spam, scams, or illegal content is permitted.
  • UNEPASS may suspend accounts violating these terms.
  • Users must not share login details or misuse the platform.

5. Data Privacy

  • Employer and candidate data will not be sold to third parties.

6. Liability

  • UNEPASS is not responsible for:
  • Hiring outcomes or job suitability.
  • Disputes between employers and candidates.
